The Getting Started Process

Consultation:
During the consultation phase, a Wall Landscape Designer will provide a free consultation and they will discuss all your landscaping, lawn, and hard scape needs. They will go over previous jobs that Wall Landscape Services has performed in your area and they go over general ideas using their vast experience. It is very important during this first phase, that you have a copy of your survey handy so that the Landscape Designer can check on it for valuable property information and also use it in the design phase. At this stage they will also determine with local townships if any permits are needed to complete the work at your home. Keep your ideas handy as well, as many of your ideas will be collaborated with the Designer's ideas to create a perfect outdoor environment for you.

Design:
During the design phase the Landscape Designer will take all the information gathered and create a general design that fits all your landscaping and hard scape needs. Upon receiving your survey, the plants and features will be drawn out to help elaborate where certain hard scape items will be placed. For larger jobs, a Certified Landscape Designer or Certified Architect may need to be outsourced for a township approved blue print. But for most projects, Wall Landscape Services will do everything on their own. Based on the design, a price will be given and a contract prepared which we will need signed to schedule the work and begin the Installation process. Any permits needed for the work will be applied for and approved before any work can be performed.

Installation:
During the pre- and post-installation phases, the Designers will prepare a schedule and budget which will be followed from the start of the job to the finish of the job. Wall Landscape Services will dedicate a team that will work only on your job. (They will not be working on two or more jobs at one time.) This ensures consistent workmanship and excellent management on all tasks involved on your job. The workers typically start the jobs with a demolition phase which the site gets demolished, the necessary material needed to complete the job gets delivered, and the work gets completed in a timely fashion. This ensures complete satisfaction with all the services provided and we make sure to do regular check ups to verify the job is looking the way it did when we finished.
