Lawn Maintenance Includes:

- Spring Clean-up
    Removal of all Winter Debris
    Clean Gutters If needed
    Edge along lawn and bed borders
    De-thatch lawn area
    Application of pre-emergent fertilizer
    Deep spade edge all planting beds
    Mulch Installation (Additional Cost)

- Weekly Lawn Cutting
    All lawn areas mowed for clean appearence
    Lawn will be bagged or mulched depending on time of year and weather
    Trimming will be done around all trees and areas we cant mow
    Excess debris blown off sidewalks, driveways, and street

 - Lawn Repair
    Core Aeration and seeding will be performed late summer early fall before leaves start to fall
    Topsoil and seeding can be applied in early Spring or in the Fall
    Spot seeding can be performed during Spring and Fall Clean-ups
    ADDITIONAL COSTS WILL APPLY

- Fall Clean-Up
    Normally consists of 2 to 4 visits depending on leaf drop
    Each visit leaves will be blown and taken away off your property
    Sticks and debris will be removed during the final fall clean-up
    Final lawn cuts will be provided with the fall clean-up
    Gutters Must be cleaned as well before going into winter to prevent damage to gutters/roofs
    A winterizer fertilizer will be applied
